What "Site Clearance" actually means.
When a plot has been left to grow over — inherited gardens, post-storm aftermaths, development sites being readied — we'll clear it back to a usable state. That means cutting and chipping the scrub, dealing with self-seeded trees, removing brambles and root masses, and taking everything away.
What's involved on the day
- Walk-over to plan order of work and identify any specimens worth keeping
- Cutting, chipping and removing scrub, brambles and self-set growth
- Cordwood stacked for re-use or removed entirely
- Final rake-down and tidy so the plot is workable again
When you might need it
- You've inherited or bought a plot that's been left to grow over
- Storm aftermath has left brash, branches and timber across the site
- Pre-development clearance ahead of building or landscaping work
- Annual reset on a paddock, smallholding or wooded corner
